    This recipe results in a very nice banana bread; moist and firm. I can not attest to the flavor, as I have taken liberties each time I made it, however, the base flavor seems to be as one would expect for a banana bread.

    ....this recipe included a 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, a dash of nutmeg and a sprinkle of allspice.
    I added these ingredients and used 3 extra large bananas. I read all of these reviews and adjusted the recipe based on what people have said, "not enough banana flavor, no vanilla, etc.
    My co-worker loved it and so did my fiance.
    I have baked a lot of banana bread and used a lot of recipes, and this one is defintely THE BEST!!!!

    This Banana Bread recipe really is easy. My two-year old daughter was even able to partake in the making of this bread.

    My husband and I loved this receipe. I added a fourth banana and extra cinnamon (1/2 tablespoon instead of 1 teaspon. It is moist, flavorful and I will definately use it again.

    This baked up beautifully -- perfect result. The cinnamon was a nice addition. Flavor could have been improved with more banana.
