This recipe was fast and simple. I made mini loaves and only baked them for 45 min and they were great.

this was the best banana bread that I have ever eaten. I have made it twice so far and each time,it doesn't last through the night. It is so easy, and extremely flavorful and moist.

Very good bread but you can't have banana bread without walnuts!

This was so easy to make and it turned out great. I recommend using double the amount of bananas for a more banana flavor.

In doing further reserch I discovered that using un-bleached all purpose flower, very ripe bananas, make a big diference in the texture and taste. Little things go along way with the end results, and thats something that you did not mention. But your recipe is a good starter one. I am hooked to banana bread."I have a female coworker she is from hawai and makes and sels home made banana bread every 3 months, its so good but she never gives out her recipe.I am tire of waiting for her to bake, so I will learn to make my own."

I added 1 extra banana, used egg beaters and skim milk.

My husband and I love it. You can eat it without being concerned about cholesterol.
