This is a very easy recipe..and just too good. Hubby loved it. Great recipe for those bruised bananas you don't want to eat but don't want to throw out either. I added chopped walnuts (1/2 cup and a dash of vanilla. I also tried the recipe with shredded coconut (sprinkled over the batter before baking..and that was over the top! It bakes well in a 9" baking pan too.

easy- you can use less bowls if you add the banana mix, then use that bowl for the flour mix. ..
i made it with cake flour, added more cinnamon (my fav spice and a pinch or 2 of allspice, all baked in a springform. delicious, covered in a chocolate (melted chips and spoonful of butter icing- great for breakfast. has anyone tried making the dough in advance and baking it in the morning??
i'd also like to try splitting the batter, adding cocoa to one, and marbling it... ideas??

My banana bread-aholic boyfriend begs me to make this recipe. It's very simple, and I usually add an extra banana for more of the banana flavor, though it tastes yummy without.

This banana bread turned out ok. I think it was a little overcooked. And too crumbly. It tasted just fine though. Nothing spectacular.

This recipe is pretty good. I would add more sugar and cook it longer than it calls for. I added 1/4 cup chocolate chips for a little sweeter flavor.
