I absolutely LOVED this one! It is definitely a keeper.
I actually reviewed it in full detail, with step-by-step pictures of the process on my blog called 2girlsandapin! Feel free to check it out and let me know what you think!

Great recipe, easy to throw together, took 10 minutes! I changed things up a bit by using 1/2 cup cinnamon apple sauce instead of the butter, did four banana's instead of 3, decreased cinnamon to 1/2 tsp and added 1/2 tsp of nutmeg. I used 1/2 cup white sugar and then 1/2 cup brown sugar. Then at the end I added 1 cup of milk chocolate chocolate chips. Baked for an hour and OMG...super moist and super good. Kids came home from school and ate the whole loaf! Hubby didn't even get a chance to try it, so now I am making another 2 batches today..1 for the kids when they get home from school and the other so hubby can try it! lol...But seriously...everyone has got to try it with cinnamon apple sauce instead of butter...no joke..awesome!

I have been making since 2006. This is the best ever and easy. I cut the sugar down because it's already sweet. I put nuts in mine ans sometimes cream cheese or butter. Enjoy!

Excellent recipe! Banana bread is a classic favorite for me. My mom used to make loaf, after loaf every Christmas for gift giving, and everyone looked forward to her bread. This recipe holds up to that high standard! Plenty of banana flavor, super moist, and a sweet crisp top, that I can't get enough of! I would recommend this recipe to anyone looking! I did make one amendment to the recipe, in that I added 1 tsp. or so of vanilla extract.

This was good. I forgot to add the milk and it came out fine. I did use butter and cocconut oil as I did not have enough butter, but guess that made it more healthy. I added pecans and almond extract. I am not a real banana bread fan but this it really good overall. I doubled the recipe and uese 1 cup flax seed to 3 cups flour

I think this a great recipe but I did add some vanilla extract. Also, substituted a cup of flour for a cup of ground flax seed. Yummy!
