It tasted good but mine was dry. I halved the recipe and used one pan and baked for 40 mins. I probably over-baked it. I also doubled the cinnamon, and it was good!! This would be very good if it was more mosit, perhaps an extra banana?

I added one half cup of chopped walnuts and divided the mix into 10 muffin cups. After 26 minutes I had moist, over-the-top muffins with a slightly crunchy top. A great snack!

I don't have any loaf pans but I used two 9" pie pans and they baked in about 30 minutes - I sprinkled them with a little sugar during the last ten minutes and it made a nice little glaze on top. The house smells amazing and the recipe is great! Definitely using this again. =

I ADORE this recipe! I've been using it for years, and I just wanted to share my notes on this. To spice it up, I added chopped walnuts and golden raisins and it is just DELICIOUS! It is just gone within hours whenever I make it for my family. Also, I found that cooking for an hour was too much, so I bake it for 35-45 minutes (It might be because I'm in high altitude. Anyway, great great great recipe!

This banana bread was simply amazing. So light and moist and easy to make. I will most certainly be making this again.

Excellent, love it. Left out the cinnamon because I didn't have any and it was still delicious. Made one loaf pan and 12 cupcakes. Thought the cupcakes turned out well.

This recipe is delicious! I've made it numerous times and swapped out the bananas for other fruits and veggies (apple, sweet potato, and pumpkin.
