Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 pitted date
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for sprinkling
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
Directions
  • Combine the banana, coconut, date, cinnamon, nutmeg and coconut water in a blender and puree until smooth, adding more liquid if necessary. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon.
