  • 2 cups frozen sliced peaches
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 banana, sliced
Directions
  • Combine the peaches, milk, yogurt, orange juice, honey and banana in a blender and puree until smooth.
