This was so good. I tried making a banana pudding before, but the wafers got all soggy, so one thing I like with this recipe is the wafers do not get soggy. This was a great edition to my thanksgiving meal.

This is the same receipe that I have used ever since Jello started offering the sugar free puddings. I only wish they would offer more flavors. Since being diabetic, I use the low fat milk and add a tbl or so vanilla flavoring, I do stop the mixing before it gets fully 'set up' so that it will be a thinner consistency and go all the way to the bottom of the bowl....we've even used this same receipe with the chocolate pudding and bananas and vanilla wafers! I made a huge bowl for an occasion at work and the guys could not get enough of the banana pudding made with WHITE CHOCOLATE....try it once and you too will be 'hooked'.... :-
