Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 3 bananas, peeled and sliced into 2 A thick diagonals
- 2 tablespoons rum
- Vanilla ice cream
Directions
Melt butter in skillet and stir in sugar and zest. Cook over medium high heat for 3 - 5 minutes stirring occasionally. When sugar has reached a caramel like consistency add bananas and cook for 3 minutes. Add rum and flambe. Serve over vanilla ice cream
