I love ribs but had never made them. This recipe was so easy to follow and the ribs came out really good.

For those of you who may have tried this (or other recipes with boneless ribs, I have a question. Did you modify the cooking times at all? I am unsure exactly what to do with meat that has no bone versus with bone. Thanks.

these were the best tasting ribs.. I modified the recipe and the cooking method...by combing emerils rub and soaking in vinegar they came out awesome..I also broiled them instead of grilling..I am going to make more now..thanks for your direction..MJB
