    This is the only way we make ribs. We've made this for 2 dinner parties and both were a huge hit, even with the toddlers. The ribs are moist and the sauce is now a staple in our fridge (as is the rub in our spice pantry. Perfect!

    I modified the recipe a little for my taste. The ribs were moist and tender. The sauce was nice with just the right bite.
