90' outside Easter Sunday ... what a refreshing salad. Everyone loved it, even me and I don't care for carrots! Will surely make it again.

Awesome, delicious, easy, and fast to make. Today I made it for the second time using the 'finer' shredding attachment on the food processor--much better that way, carrots are more tender. I use the canned pre-diced pineapple, not the chunks...that way no prep work at all, just measure and add. I even cheated a bit and used the 100%lemon juice from that little yellow lemon squeeze container in the grovery store since it's pure lemon. I love making a quick recipe even faster if it doesn't sacrifice taste!

This is an easy salad to make and very good. I plan on making it again this week. So what if it was on some other episode. It is the first time I saw it. No reason to give it one star.

This is the best recipe of ALL Ina's dishes, by far (and she has MANY good ones. The pineapple is the kicker, surprisingly it goes really well with the carrots. Also, I've had carrot raisin salad before, but the golden raisins seem to belong in there. It's really a great dish, very healthy, and better than any dessert.

I can't stop eating it. Somebody HELP me!

This was a great veggie salad. I liked it better the next day. The pineapple sweetened the carrots more. Will definately make again.

We followed the recipe and it turned out to be very runny. I would suggest draining and patting dry the shredded carrots before mixing with everything else. It was wonderful anyway.

Followed recipe exactly, wouldn't change a thing. Next time I will have to double the recipe as there was no left overs and hubby could have eaten more. Thanks Ina for another great recipe!

Made this yesterday and I thought it was fabulous. Something different for a change. As and aside, I think this is a place to REVIEW and RATE recipes not to vent frustrations about the show.
