I couldn't find my hook attachment, so I kneaded the butter in by hand when it came time for it, and it turned out perfectly. Instead of putting them in brioche tins, I used two loaf pans instead --- divide the dough into 16 balls, 8 balls in each, just like a past reviewer suggested, and it only took 30 minutes for the loaves to get baked completely. I personally like my brioche a little bit sweeter, so I understand how these rolls would be sublime with Ina's strawberry jam, but next time I think I'll add a few more tablespoons of sugar since I plan on just eating them straight out of the oven.

I would have entered the part that's missing about adding the butter, but the website won't allow me to post it for some reason.

Made this recipe after watching the show. She did add butter in the beginning but I made it per the instructions online. I didn't have brioche tins so I made 16 balls and put it into 2 loaf pans (8 balls each buttered pan. I baked it 350 for about an hour. It was wonderful and my boys loved it! They said it was the "best bread ever, mama". Thank you Ina!

Does anyone know where I could find 12 mini brioche molds that won't break the bank?

It looked great on the show, but when I made it 2 weeks later from the recipe available online, the steps were different , some omitted, resulting in less than desirable results. It would be great if the online recipe matched what worked so well for Ina!

It's my first time to try one of Ina's recipe and I chose to make brioche. It came out GREAT... "almost" perfect since personally I think it needs more sugar (yes, I like everything sweet! The texture of the bread is light and fluffy, the taste is AWESOME! (except that it needs more sugar : You can really taste the eggs on your first bite, it's simply fantastic! Oh, and did I tell you that my bread tripled in size after baking? It's gigantic! A+++ for Ina!!!

I followed the recipe to a tee with fresh ingredients, but the dough did not rise. It looked easy when Ina did it, but was difficult for me.
