The easiest pizza dough I have ever made and so tasty! For ages I have been making other pizza dough that was no good or took forever to rise -- why am I not surprised that Ina's is the best?!! I don't care for anchovies so I used other toppings but I thought this was out of this world good. I agree that you will not go back to store bought once you try this. Thank you Ina!!

    I ma
kde dough with different toppings, and it is always a crowd pleaser. My husband loves anchovies so we make this often for us and any family/friend we know like them too. As usual, Ina did it again!

I made the dough only and used my own toppings but this was crazy easy! It was the first time I ever used my dough hook, and making it in the mixer was super smooth.

I have to have a low salt diet so buying the prepackaged pizza doughs was out of the question for me. Now I can make my own and use salt substitute (the person who said this was too salty might want to try that out to stay within my diet restrictions.

I like the person who said that used whole wheat flour to make it. I will have to try that next to work some grains into my family's diet!

The dough that was made in the kitchen aid mixer was the easiest and best dough that I have ever made. The toppings were a excellent choice too.

The dough in this recipe is fantastic. Making homemade pizza has never been so easy. My family enjoys it more than the wildly sold pizza Pillsbury brands. I use it for several dishes and it comes out good every time.
I would highly recommend anyone to try it. Once you try it you will never go back to store bought.

I absolutely never have much luck with crusty, baked things. But since my wedding shower and the acquisition of a great mixer, I've been anxious to change that. This pizza crust came out perfect....I was so thrilled. I used white whole wheat flour (which is rather like a pastry flour as I try to have my family eat mostly whole grains and it was still light and wonderful. I also added some crumbled spicy turkey sausage to the onions as they cooked and they were the perfect compliment to the saltiness of the anchovies.

I have also had great success with Ina's Irish soda bread from her latest book. I really am going to have to try her pie crust because this lady definitely knows what she's doing!

I love this recipe. My husband and I made the dough and then had our own pizza challenge. I followed the kids recipe minus the tomatoes and loved it. The fresh mozzarella and tomato paste makes such a difference. I also added pepperoni and herbs from my garden. I feel so empowered. I can make this in less time than it takes to have a pizza delivered and 10 times as good. All the votes are not in, so far we are tied. KentuckyCook..........
