Delicious. I added the scrapings of a vanilla bean and it is out of this world. Curious to try it with greek yogurt...possibilities are endless. Great recipe.

Incredible! And I am a low-fat skeptic. But this was great. A couple of modifications. Used superfine sugar in the egg whites, grated the rinds of lime, lemon and orange into the yogurt, used Greek yogurt, 1/2 tsp. cardamon and added a tablespoon of vodka to keep it from freezing hard. The basic recipe -- non- fat yogurt and egg whites is a winner and the sky's the limit from there.

Great idea for a low-fat treat! I substituted half of the sugar for Stevia in the Raw and added a tsp. of vanilla extract and the zest of one lemon (and a little lemon juice. Yummy!

Seriously good as per the recipe....... but, try it with good quality Greek yoghurt instead. Oh, my goodness.

Yummy! Best of all, if it wasn't for the sugar, it would be pretty much "guilt free". I did add a little vanilla flavoring. :

Fabulous! I first made the recipe as is and loved it. Then, I made with powdered egg whites (because of a pregnant guest and it was still perfect. I also tried another variation adding 1tsp of lemon zest and using organic lemon yogurt instead of vanilla yogurt, again, just great! Thanks Patricia.

Soooo amazing and tasty!!! Such an easy recipe...My husband loves to eat super healthy and this is a great recipe. If you don't want to use the sugar...beat the egg whites without the sugar and sweeten the yogurt with AGAVE!!! Once you fold in the egg whites into he sweetened yogurt it tastes just as good and it will be sugar fee as well. Loved it!!!

This is undoubtedly a healthy approach to dessert. The yogurt has a truly "yogurt" flavor, the only difference being that this is frozen. If you like the taste of unflavored yogurt, you will like this. I was a little disappointed with the grainy texture, but because it is a low fat dessert, which is a rather rare commodity, I will likely make it again since my family rated it as being "good" but not "great.
