Baseline Moonshine

Ingredients
  • Hum liqueur
  • 1 ounce St. Germain liqueur
  • 2 kumquats
  • 2 ounces infused White Whiskey (1 part sliced kumquats to 3 parts white whiskey then add 1 star anise roasted for 15 seconds over high heat for every liter of white whiskey)
Directions
  • Fill cup with ice. Cut slices of fresh kumquats. Shake white whiskey, St. Germain and splash of Hum liqueur. Top with ginger beer.
