In a saucepan set over moderate heat melt butter, add onion and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Add paprika, pepper, lemon juice, mustard and hot sauce and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Add vinegar and tomato sauce, bring to a boil and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes, or until thickened.;
