Spend the money and the time to grate the cheese yourself. Unbelievable taste. Next time I'll use a little less than 1 tsp of salt.

Different:garlicky, basil taste. Used a scaled down version of the dressing recipe for a small amount of leftover chicken. Added some finely chopped celery. Used Parmesan cheese(not freshly grated. Good!

I have made this twice now. It is an all time favorite of mine. The flavor combinations are fantastic. I used Best Foods (Hellmans's Light mayo and parmagiano romano. My friends loved this.

Next time I will try adding some lite sour cream or yogurt to make it a bit creamer

I used leftover turkey instead of chicken and this turned out great! I added some chopped scallions as well. This is a great variation on an old standby!

This delicious salad is reminiscent of a chicken Caesar salad, with the added taste of basil. I can't wait to bring it to a picnic!
