I needed a recipe fast for a beautiful piece of fresh tuna. This recipe was fabulous! In the reviews someone thought it was too salty. I used low salt soy sauce and it was perfect. I also boiled the left over marinade and then added cornstarch mixed in water to make a sauce....delicious!

I will definitely make this again. Even eating the left overs cold was really good.

This was delicious! The marinade keeps the fish very tender and juicy.

The dish was great. I didn't have the opportunity to actually grill it. Nor did I have any Ginger. But all in all, the recipe gave me a great idea how to prepare Ahi Tuna for my very first time.

This marinade is wonderful. It enhances rather than overpowers the tuna. Will use this again.

This marinade was fine, nothing special. I felt it was lacking something.

I would use less soy and oil next time, and add some honey to sweeten it up. Otherwise, it was good.
