I have now found my absolute favorite holiday cranberries ever! I love the flavor of bourbon, and mixed with the syrupy cranberries, I will definitely be making these at every holiday gathering!

Last Thanksgiving I decided to make cranberry sauce because I thinkg the canned stuff is distusting and I hate looking at it, not to mention I hate the taste of the stuff. Well when I made this everyone loved it! Everyone who never liked cranberry sauce was eating this stuff like crazy. This is the easiest recipe AND it fills the kitchen the the best holiday smell ever.

I made this but subsituted jack daniels instead, I also grated fresh nutmeg. Letting it cool completely inhances the flavors and mellows the alcohol. I freeze this in small batches and use it in sandwiches.

Super easy. I make this in a dutch oven and substitute Yukon Jack for bourbon.

My wife always passed on the cranberry sauce at the holiday table until I made this recipe this year. (We made it for Turkey day AND Christmas dinners. Excellent recipe, dont leave out the burbon, its not the same without. Try putting 1/2 the burbon in the dish in the beginning, bake it, add the rest, and bake for 10 more minutes to help bake out the alcoholy taste. Leaves behind great flavor, but not the bite.

I love cranberry sauce. I know it is wierd but I do and this is one f the best recipes I have ever had. It is sweet and delicious! Super simple to make and keeps in the fridge for a long long time. If you are looking for a great cranberry sauce recipe to share with family anf friends I would highly reccommend this one. It may even turn thos who turn up their nose at cranberry sauce into true believers of how good it can really be!

Have never made real cranberry sauce before....only opened a can! Decided to try this recipe on the Food Network because of the reviews. It couldn't have been easier and it is so yummy I will never eat canned cranberry sauce again.

I decided last minute to do something with the bag of cranberries I bought. I am so glad I did. Even the canned cranberry sauce devotees were converted. This is quite possibly the best time to taste ratio recipe I have ever made.

This was the simplest and best cranberry sauce I have ever made. I did improvise a bit and added a whole orange that had been skinned and seeded. Yummmmmmy. Bev
