My family LOVED this dish this Thanksgiving. I substituted Grand Marnier for Burbon and it worked SO well.

This was a huge hit at our Thanksgiving table. I don't care for bourbon so I substituted with Gran Gala ("A Triple Orange liqueur made with V.S.O.P. Brandy". It was so easy, you have question why anyone would buy cranberry sauce in a can.

...What more could you ask for. My family absolutely loved this one. Throw all the ingredients in a bowl, throw in the oven & stir a couple of times. How much easier can it get? And this one is one of the best cranberry sauces that I've ever tasted. FABULOUS!

I've always liked whole cranberry sauce better than canned, and this is the best recipe I've found yet! Even the kids loved it - and so did their dad, who usually hates cranberry sauce!

very simple to make (although I did botch it the first time by adding the bourbon at the beginning, so I started over ... simply awesome ... an outstanding taste ... baking made the kitchen and house smell wonderful .. and everyone's asked for the recipe (which I lie about and say it's an old family secret

I will NEVER eat jarred or canned sauce again. This was beyond words. A perfect balance of tart and sweet. Ridiculously simple too compared to some other recipes on this site.
