This recipe blew me away! I have made it several times now. I use 1 1/2 think NY strip steaks from Costco and a bottle of relitively inexpensive Cab. The first time I made it I did not include the garlic that is called for and the recipe was still very good.

Didn't really like this recipe. The steak just tasted like wine.

This was an easy recipe to follow. I marinated the steaks all day and the flavors were great. I also used more of the fresh herbs then called for so the steaks were very flavorful. This is a keeper.

The marinade for the steak was great. After grilling, it was very moist and flavorful.

This recipe was awesome. The steak had a wonderful flavor thanks to the marinade. The marinade was quick and easy to make. I marinaded the steaks in the fridge for about 6 hours, then set them at room temp for 15 minutes prior to grilling. My husband raved about our dinner. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

This recipe was very easy to prepare, and tasted wonderful! I made a few changes: I broiled the steaks instead of grilling, and I used the 2nd half of the marinade to make a gravy (added some dissolved cornstarch to thicken it up. I am adding this recipe to my repertoire - even my 9 year old enjoyed it.

I actually marinated this a day ahead and then put it on the grill. Hmmm.. Very tender and tasty.. Definitely a keeper
