I tried this recepie when grilling ribs for the first time and liked it. However I would avoid using the rub unless you like alot of salt, and I'm not exaggerating.

If you absolutely LOVE salt and don't want to taste anything else, but chew meat at the same time, this is the PERFECT recipe for it! I had very hungry men to feed for the Laker finals and we all wanted to spew it out. In-and-Out anyone?

We've made these ribs several times now, they are delicious and easy! My family loves them too (teenage boys. The rub has a nice peppery flavor. This is now my rib recipe. We finish them off in a foil roasting pan, which makes clean up really easy too!

I have to say I wasn't to sure how these were going to turn out, but my guest's and I were extremely delighted. They were fantastic. The only thing I really had to play with was the cooking time. I actually let them stay in the oven about 45mins rather than 15, and they just turned out more tender.

Using pork, I made perfect ribs with this recipe.

This is really an easy to make recipe which was a necessity with 2 small kids and limited time. My whole family loved the ribs and my 3 year old rated them "awesome". The only reason this recipe did not get 5 stars was the amount of pepper in the rub, which left a lingering taste on the tongue. Cut the pepper to 1/2 cup and it gets my 5 star rating! Combine with cornbread, a nice tangy slaw and some beaked beans and you have a real crowd pleaser. I covered my ribs with foil before putting them in the oven, which gives you a bit more time, as you can leave ribs longer if necessary.

Easy recipe with great results. Had been doing a variation of this recipe -- but this one is better.

For such an easy recipe, absolutely delish. One hour start to finish and all on the grill? Tender and juicy.
