I prefer to simply cut the peaches in half and lay them first face down then after nice grill marks take the peaches off the grill turn them face up cover with glaze and then return to the grill to finish. Nicely tree ripened peaches are awesome but have found that you can use fairly firm peaches if that is all that's available. Watch the grill closely, the peaches go quickly from perfectly grilled to carbonized. I'm not a fan of mint so I omit that, but otherwise I love the glaze.

It looked so good on TV i just had to try it! Many times the food on TV looks and seems to taste better, but when we try it at home, there is just that spacial touch that the plate is missing something. These Peaches taste just as good as they look on TV! Its and easy staight forward recipe. Just be careful not to burn the glaze(i did on my firt try, but id never cooked a glaze like this so begginers mistake! I paired it with icecream and it was wonderful. One of the best deserts ive had in a very long time!

Made this for a few friends, and none of us were all that impressed. It's a simple, almost healthy dessert, but it does not satisfy a sweet tooth.

The grilled peaches are wonderful, but the sauce is to die for. We put it on everything!

Appealing to the eye and the mouth!Best if served on the beach. If you don't have a beach near you your home will do. I prefer the vanilla icecream with the peaches.

This was an easy to follow recipe and even the kids can make a very tasty desert and have a great experience. It will certainly satisfy a tough sweet tooth and takes little time to do.
