    Maybe it was the fish...I don't know. I used a farm raised trout. It was totally blah....little flavor. It was tender and moist, but just "fishy". We didn't care for it at all.

    This was a very easy dish to make during the week. While the fish was good the dish, as a whole, lacked flavor.
