This was very tasty, I only grilled it for 5 minutes and it was over-cooked, 15 would have left me with mush!

New at eggplant. This is so simple and so delicious. I basted with marinade while on grill. Got fantastic reviews, even from non-eggplant eaters.

This is keeper. I only modified slightly - added some Mirin (Japanese cooking wine and chili garlic paste to the marinade. Also, I find with eggplant that just grilling it results in dry eggplant. I grill until nicely marked (basting regularly, then put into a pan and drizzle the extra sauce over and cover with foil. Put into a 350 degree oven and roast for the amount of time needed to soften - usually about 20+ minutes. Delicious!

I'm a beginner with eggplant and this was very good, and easy to prepair. I even used some of the marinade for our pork steaks then grilled it all. yum

Excellent flavor in the marinade. I agree with previous reviewer this would be good with chicken as well. Dresses up eggplant for even non-eggplant lovers.

Never really had much luck grilling eggplant before, usually came out dry and bland. This recipe made it a huge success! A great deal of flavor and my whole family enjoyed it.
