This recipe was exceptionally good. I did make two additions to the recipe and that was salt and black pepper. I also cut back on the rosemary because it tends to be very strong and for us this amount was too much. Otherwise....great recipe.

Great marinade! I did not use oyster sauce, but it was delicious nonetheless. I used the marinade on pork tenderloins and the sauce was great paired with some egg noodles. It had a great, unique flavor that will work for pork as well as chicken. Definitely a keeper.

Excellent marinade -- great blend of flavors. I've tried it with and without the oyster sauce; we like it equally well either way, but the oyster sauce does make a difference. This is definitely a keeper!

This was very good. I didn't have any oyster sauce so I left it out and I used ground smoked chipotle instead of the chipotle sauce. All of the flavors came out: the rosemary, lemon with a kick from the chipotle. Very nice balance. I will most definitely make this again.

This is a tremendous marinade, for pork and chicken as well. I did not use the wine, oyster sauce or chipolte (I am not big on salt I also used a combo of Rosemary and Tarragon. Wow fresh wonderful roasted pork or chicken. I seared the product first then put it into a convection oven at about 450 degrees.

Simple and tasty. Never would have thought of putting some of these ingredients together, but it works really well. I grilled them on the stovetop grill, and hubby and the baby both liked it! Will def. make again.

    Scott's comments:
made this tonight, instead of chops i used a pork tenderloin and made cutlets out of it. this recipe worked for 2 1/2 pound tenderloin and i didn't brush the marinade over when i was cooking. i also omitted the oyster sauce and when it called for chipotle pepper sauce, i used the chipotle tabasco sauce (1 teaspoon is not enough...could hardly taste it.
