we known mauricio for years. he made this for me and my girlfriend a few times after we met him on yahoo. we made this ourselves a few times and we like to prepare it for our small gatherings with our private yahoo club members. if you have not tried it you will want to. praises to "fireguy" @ yahoo 360, keep up the awesome food. it is so good. thank you.

this was good but if you watched the show they made a spicy marinade added to the fajitas. on the show they mixed in bowl some garlic powder,cayenne, paprika, parsley and tabasco but i'm not sure what else. i wish they would have added this part to the recipe like on the show.

I JUST FIXED THIS RECIPE A FEW NIGHTS AGO AND MY BOYFRIEND AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. I USED TWO HABANERO PEPPERS IN IT AND CUT OUT THE CARROTS, SHRIMP AND SAUSAGE AND THE OUT-COME OF THE TASTE AND THE SPICY HEAT WAS PERFECT. I WILL BE FIXING THESE AGAIN.

If you like fajitas and need to serve a crowd. This is the way to go, I have used it to feed as many as 30 people and I was able to prepare 80% of it before everybody showed up. This gave me time to actually enjoy the company that I had invited. It is also great for tailgating.

Don't get carried away with the chiles. I made this recipe a second time with habanero peppers. They make this recipe way to hot. Use only one or maybe two habanero peppers. The other peppers are ok. Very good recipe overall.
