    I have used it with regular paprika and smoked. The smoked is great if you use the oven. It also seemed like the longer you let it set the better. I use this rub in my burgers too.

    The ribs turn out over cooked - almost a jerky texture.Seasoning was bland. We did it by recipe next time we will shorten the time and use our own rub.
