    I was a little skeptical about the spice measurements (thought it was a misprint, but went along with what was written. The trout stood up well to the spices, and also took on the cedar flavor better that most fish! Absolutley delicious, and very simple. Definitely would make again. Wine: Pinot grigio went along very nicely, as probably would a dry rose.
