A great and e-z recipe that all family / guests look forward to. Have found that a higher initial near sear temp for a minute or so each side, followed by a couple of minutes each side around 350 renders the spears perfectly. Hat tip to Raichlen for this go-to recipe.

I love roasted asparagus so I assumed that this dish would fall short for me, but it didn't. This was so delicious with the perfect balance of salt + the right amount of crunch.

Delicious! My mouth was watering after I smelled the marinade. The sesame oil adds wonderful flavor. This is the best grilled asparagas recipe I've tried - definitely will make again!

This was definitely easy to make and the sauce was so simple, yet so flavorful! I would use it as a chicken marinade or to grill other vegetables. I made this for my parents and they said it was the best asparagus they had ever eaten! I'm making this again in a few days for my boyfriend and friends and i have no doubt they will also love it!

This was at the easiest and tastiest vege dish I have made in a while. Even my 19 year old son loved the asparagus. Delicious.
