Hands down THE BEST pork rub! This is my go-to rub when we smoke a pork butt. The best flavor!

This pork rub is delicious. I put it on pork tenderloin and then put it in the crock pot on low all day. The pulled pork is just great. If I had a smoker or even a grill I would love to try this the way it is described in the recipe.

This is a really good rub recipe. I think it pulls more flavor into the meat by marinating overnight. I also highly recommend eating the bark. I put chicken stock in the drip pan to add moisture.

I've used the rub on pork and beef ribs, pork butt, and brisket. It tasted each time like chorizo, which in my area is a good thing.
