I was looking for a mariinade for veggies that I'm grilling tomorrow and i made this one with ingredients that i already had and it tastes fabulous!!! I definitly will try this again on other things. It would be great for chicken.

I made this for a barbecue and everyone raved about the flavor. A bit complicated and expensive, but good once in a while.

This was great. I will make it again. Used the left overs in meat loaf and gave it a great flavor. Love this one.

I love this marinade, its sweet yet tart flavor is perfect for vegetables before and after grilling. Its even good to use as a salad dressing! Try it on chicken too!

I made this recipe exactly as is for a Memorial Day gathering and even the kids loved it! I never would have guessed they'd enjoy tofu so much! We loved it. Thanks so much!

I did not follow the kabob recipe, but I used the marinade for my own kabob (top round steak pieces, campari tomatoes, green, red, & orange peppers, red onion, zucchini & yellow squash. Of course, marinating the meat separately from the veggies. Marinated overnight. My husband & I loved it so much that I decided to make it again with turkey tenderloin pieces instead of beef. It was just as good; a very versatile marinade. Also we did not grill it, we used our "Set It & Forget It" Rotisserie, which I highly recommend!!

I prepared this for a family of 7 and they loved it. It was not difficult and I already had all the ingrediants in my pantry and fridge without ever having to take a trip to the store. I held out the tofu and separately marinated some round steak but overall the dish was well liked. Thank you for making dinner so easy and fun!

The marinade can be used for any kind of kabobs because it is light and fresh. Perfect for summer.
