Ingredients
- 1 cup lime juice
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- Salt and pepper
- 3 chickens, halved or cut up
Directions
Mix all the ingredients except the chicken. Add the chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 days.
Grill chicken over hot heat until cooked through.

It was so easy to make this recipe and let it marinate in the refrigerator for a couple of days. Tbe chicken retained the great flavors during grilling. We liked it, but didn't love it.

did things a little differnt b/c didn't have all the produce on hand. i used sour orange mojo and also mojo criollio. everything else was the same. marinated for 24 hours and hubby grilled it. the flavors were great!!! always looking for different ways to serve chicken - thanks!
