It was so easy to make this recipe and let it marinate in the refrigerator for a couple of days. Tbe chicken retained the great flavors during grilling. We liked it, but didn't love it.

We tried this recipe and it is excellent. Easy to fix, tasty and moist. Was even moist for lunch the second day. We marinated for 24 hours in the fridge, cooked over open hot coals. Yum!!
