Great recipe, especially the prep and long cooking time. I used a variation of Alton Browns rub base instead of lawry's seasoning salt. I also used apple juice concentrate to spray the ribs and I thought it worked out well, since I like ribs moist, but not wet.

If you like fall off the bones ribs you will love this recipe. My only confusion was it was rated expert - it is a piece of cake, and so tasty!!!

I have used this recipe over and over and the people who have had these ribs have loved them. I have found better results, as with any time cooking meat, that turning the heat down a bit and longer cooking time gives even better results.

The ribs have excellent flavor and tenderness. This recipie made BBQ rib lovers out of two finicky family members that had never before touched ribs.
