We tried this recipe on a whim one evening. We had some salmon fillets and were feeling uninspired, so we perused this site. My husband is a spice snob and was not very enthusiastic about this recipe- until he tasted it! We both loved it and will definitely be making salmon this way again. The spices gave a very earthy flavor with just enough heat!

This rub is the BEST!! The best Salmon I have ever had!!!! It is best to put dry rub on the salmon immediately after taking out of refrigerator and let the rub rest on salmon at room temperature for about 15 minutes before grilling. Then add the olive oil and grill!! You wont be disappointed with this recipe!! IT ROCKS!!!
