When I watched the show on TV I remember the basting sauce had olive oil and basil - so that's how I made it and it was delicious. Did anyone else remember this?

I was looking for an alternative to plain old grilled salmon. 15 min was exactly correct for a very moist and tasty, yet cooked though salmon.

This recipe was very easy to prepare. I was looking for a salmon recipe without dill, and found this. I used dried parsley instead and had great results.
The salmon has flavor throughout, is moist, and not salty.
