    No, it's not a "yucatecan" recipe, but it absolutely is a Yucatan recipe. We had this many times in Akumal pueblo. Only difference is they use a split chicken on the grill. Great recipe!,

    This was truly easy, and my guests loved it. You can find Achiote Paste with or without Red food dye which is nice!
