I made the warm salad with arugula, shallots and thinly sliced garlic. I added white wine to jazz up the flavor, and sesame seeds for texture. Delicious.

At first the combination of the various greens seemed a bit odd. However, they blend in a very well balanced combination of starch, greens, and meat. The sauce is outstanding. Everyone loved it!
