Very good! I marinated skinnless chicken breasts all night, grilled them in the morning for sandwiches that night for Thursday Night Football party - was a big hit! I used Hawaiin Sweet Rolls and two flavors complimented each other perfectly. Also, used a red beer.

I used an amber bach beer. Maybe it had influenced the recipe greatly. The brisket was very tender but had little taste. Again, maybe I did something wrong. I will try it again with a darker beer and use oak for my smoker.

Used this recipe last night for ribeyes, using lime and pilsner because it's what I had on hand. We liked it so much I'm thinking of an encore tonight with lemon and dark beer so we can compare.

I used this recipe to marinate beef brisket which I then braised in the oven with potato & onion chunks. The result was a tasty dish with a very flavorful broth. I'm looking forward to trying this marinade on grilled shrimp but will probably kick-it-up with a little lemon zest and/or red pepper flakes.

I loved this marinade. There were many to choose, I'm glad I choose this one. Plus I had everything in my pantry. That's a big plus with me.
