I visted my local supermarket today and was surprised to find fresh apricots, so I was looking for a dish to fix and came across this one. Unfortunately, there isn't enough information provided:

    1. What is the size of the puff pastry disks? I have only seen sheets in the frozen food section of the grocery so I would need to use a cookie cutter to make these but no diameter is given.

    2. How do I make the apricot glaze? Is it supposed to be available premade at the grocery. If yes, give me some info.

    3. What ratio of cinnamon to sugar to make my own?

I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 only because it looks delicious.
