    I'm a lover all things cake, but I never heard of a flourless cake before, so when I decided to try this recipe at home I found it difficult to melt the chocolate properly. I've hadn't worked with melted chocolate and scorched badly the first two times. I think it was because I lost sight of the recipe... anywho. I simply loved my final attempted creation which turned out to be simple divine! In my next attempt I'm going to find a recipe or technique I can apply to the next cake so that I may use liquors and other fresh ingredients. Just wonderful. Thanks you for posting such a supurb recipe.
