Thses brownies take a long time to prepare.
I substituted 4 oz. melted unsweetend baking chocolate for choc syrup.
Refrigerated after putting on the mint cream for 2 hrs and then put on the chocolate glaze. Let glaze harden before cutting.

Yummy fudge-like brownies, and easy prep. Great dessert for Mint-Chocolate lovers!

These tasted ok, but were pretty much a gooey mess. I also had to cook them longer than 25 mins (more like 35...probably could have used longer. The toppings never actually "set", so when I tried to slice them a few hours later, the toppings basically slid off the brownies. I couldn't bring them to the party that I made them for because they looked strange. Tasted ok though!
