These tacos are great and easy enough for a beginner in the kitchen. I added some cabbage and used mango salsa and they were delish. My boyfriend raved about them too.

This was a great recipe. I used Cod since I did not have any Mahi Mahi.
My husband proclaimed it was the best fish I have ever made. I do think this rub would be great on any type of meat.

We grilled our Mahi on a cedar plank which made this recipe even better! The seasoning was so good we're going to try it on other meats.

We tweaked the spices to our liking and broiled instead of grilled...very yummy, even our 3 year old like it.
