These are delicious and have that wonderful hit of heat from the pumpkim pie spices. I love it! Also, I would not leave out the grand marnier--it really does add a deep and more rounded flavor and let's not forget the kick! Thank you for sharing this one; it really is wonderful!!!

These truffles never set enough for me to to be able to shape them into balls. I got a pudding like consistancy that wasn't shapable even after refrigeration and even freezing. There is another recipe for pumpkin truffles online and I will try that one next.
