PREPARE brownie mix as directed on package, using the water. Cool completely. Remove from tray.
POINT five-star tip at a 45 degree angle in the center of brownie. Press nozzle, making circles moving outward in one continuous motion. Building on frosting base, make circles moving back toward center. Release and lift nozzle. Top with decorator sprinkles, if desired.
