Preheat grill to medium-low. Place sausage patties on grill. Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and browned. Divide olives and bleu cheese on top of patties. Cover, and grill until cheese begins to melt. Place rolls cut side down onto grill until lightly toasted. Remove rolls from grill and spread with butter. Place cooked patties on rolls and serve.
