Black Friday Savory Breakfast Muffins

Turkey cheddar muffins lightly sweetened with honey and cranberry sauce.

  • 2 Goldhen Large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Friendly Farms 2% Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Countryside Creamery Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon SimplyNature Organic Wildflower Honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground Stonemill Sea Salt Grinder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Stonemill Poultry Seasoning*
  • 1 1/2 cups Baker's Corner All Purpose Baking Mix
  • 1/2 cup cooked and shredded Kirkwood Boneless Turkey Breast*
  • 1 cup shredded Specially Selected Aged Reserve White Cheddar, divided
  • 3/4 cup Sweet Harvest Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce*
  • Preheat oven to 400°.

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, butter, honey, salt and poultry seasoning.

  • Whisk in baking mix until combined. Fold in turkey and 1/2 cup of cheese. Fold in cranberry sauce until swirled, but not thoroughly mixed.

  • Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Fill each cup 2/3 full of batter.

  • Bake on a center rack for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and top each muffin evenly with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Return to oven and bake for an additional 6-8 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
