This spices!!! This really worked well. I marinaded this for 2 days. When you cook it, be careful. You can overcook it easily because this steak is so thin. time the cooking on each side. What I love about Guy's recipes is that I really get a taste of what his restaurant would be like and I know I would love it. His recipes truly have BIG TASTE!!

At the end of a long summer of grilling out, I was looking for something different to do with steak, so I gave this a try. It was fantastic! Very tender and loaded with flavor. I'll be doing this one again . . . and again! Thank You!

You diffenately want to merinade over night. I split the cut in two with 2 different merinading times and got 2 different flavores. Also, if you reserve the merinade, make sure you heat it.

I like this recipe pretty well but no way can you feed 4-8 people on 1 pound of flank steak - 2 is more like it.

We had a family dinner on Sunday and grilled this extremely tasty recipe.
The combination of ingredients made a wonderfully seasoned marinade. The aromas while grilling were spectacular.
I only changed one thing and that was I used 1/2 Clamato and 1/2 V-8 juice as I didn't have enough V-8. (We only use Clamato for "the real" bloody mary's

This steak was amazing....my grocery store was out of flank steak so they reccomended petite sirloin and it still turned out perfect and tender. I'm usually not a huge steak person but was loving this one.

The recipie is perfect. It went perfect with bloody mary's and some used A1 with tobasco. Many preferred it alone. Quick preparation and great taste!

I happened to have all the ingredients for this so we gave it a whirl. Loved it. Did not have vegetable juice but did have low sodium tomato juice...and I don't like horseradish so omitted that. Used a flank steak that was closer to 2 lbs. It was excellent. Tasty and juicy. Next time I might try reducing the marinade (when done with it and serving it as a sauce with the meat. For those reviewers that found the flank steak dry, you must have either cooked it too long or had a bad cut. Flank steak should be served RARE to MED RARE. If you don't like your meat this way, don't cook flank steak. This would also work great with a London Broil cut.

My family loved this! My picky eater who complains every meal had three helpings! It doesn't make a large quanity, so I suggest doubling. I made two separate ones and my family of 5 ate it all! Another keeper from Guy! Thanks!
